ABOUT US AND WORSHIP TIMES

The Parndana-Stokes Bay congregations have been meeting together in Parndana since the devastating 2019–20 bushfires severely damaged the Stokes Bay Hall where the Stokes Bay congregation met.

The Stokes Bay Hall has reopened and services will be held there for six months and then reviewed. During this time the Parndana Church is in recess.

Worship times are as follows:

Sunday service is held at the Stokes Bay Hall on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month at 5pm during daylight saving. The service is relaxed and informal and usually followed by a shared meal.

Holy communion is served most weeks.

On the 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month we join Kingscote’s service at 9:30am.

Whenever possible, children spend the second half of the worship services in separate age-appropriate activities. When this can’t be provided then the worship service aims to include them in special ways.

Children’s ministry leaders have completed Department of Human Services screening checks.

COMMUNITY

Life groups are small groups generally held in people’s homes providing the opportunity to explore the Bible in depth and apply it to daily life. Groups meet weekly but may have breaks over the holidays.
